Philadelphia Police officers throw football around with North Philadelphia children

A heartwarming interaction between two Philadelphia Police officers and some neighborhood children from North Philadelphia was caught on camera and is sure to go viral.

FOX 29's Dawn Timmeney was out covering a story about a building collapse at 7 th and Cumberland Streets in North Philadelphia when she captured the moment.

The two police officers were at the scene of the collapse keeping an eye out for the children - who are students at the school across the street - and their wellbeing.

They began tossing a football back and forth with the children, making for one sweet moment.

Makes my heart smile when I see this. These two Philadelphia police officers had no idea our FOX 29 camera was rolling...
