Police: Wrong home raided following home invasion

Police have released new information about a home invasion we first told you about early Wednesday morning in Southwest Philadelphia.

A door smashed was in in the middle of the night by a SWAT team looking for three men after a violent home invasion Wednesday in Southwest Philadelphia The problem is it was the wrong house, according to police.

Ronik Jardine's innocent family went through quite an ordeal. She's disabled after being shot years ago and says she was petrified to have weapons pulled on her.

"I'm thinking damn I'm going to die," she told FOX 29.

Her sons were taken out onto the street handcuffed in front of the whole neighborhood and treated as suspects, according to the mother. Michael didn't even have his shirt on. He says it was humiliating. The young men say they don't have police records.

Lt John Sanford says police truly acted in good faith and followed procedure.
