Kelly Drive closed due to flooding

PHILADELPHIA (WTXF) - Overnight rain made for a messy commute on Kelly Drive Tuesday morning.

In Fairmount Park, Kelly Drive is closed near Strawberry Mansion Drive due to flooding.

Martin Luther King Drive inbound near Montgomery is also closed.

No word on when the road may reopen.
