Weather Authority: Warm and cloudy Monday with rising temps

PHILADELPHIA (FOX 29) - The Philadelphia area is slated for a warm and cloudy Monday with temperatures reaching 80 degrees.

Generally cloudy skies are expected, with a stray shower or thunderstorm possible.

Tuesday is forecasted to be cloudy early ahead of scattered thunderstorms later in the day.

Temperatures will take a dip into the low 60s by Wednesday, but with plenty of sun.

Precipitation is expected to return to the forecast Friday, with a chance of showers.
