Bomb-sniffing dog prepares for retirement

BAGRAM, Afghanistan (WTXF) - A beloved dog's working days are almost behind him.

Hulk has worked alongside his handler Serrano Fuentes, traveling all across Afghanistan for the last seven years under the American K-9 Detection Services as a bomb detection dog.

Part of Hulk's duties include checking baggage for explosives and ensuring the safety of flight crews and passengers. After successfully checking baggage for explosives or drugs, detection dogs are rewarded with their Kong toys.

Fuentes plans to adopt Hulk after the pup's retirement.
