Dozens of shots fired overnight outside bar

FELTONVILLE (WTXF) - Police are gathering evidence after dozens of shots were fired outside a Feltonville bar.

Police say it started just before 2am at Cooper's Sports Bar and Grill on Wyoming Avenue.

There were 20 to 27 gunshots.

Most hit cars. In fact, some were fired from inside a car. A security bar guard was hit, but not seriously injured.

FOX 29's Steve Keeley reports he was taken to the hospital but released soon after, and has already returned to the scene to get his car.

Also, the bar has two guards licensed to carry weapons, but they have not talked to police.

At this point, police don't have a motive for the shooting.
