Enormous cow saved from slaughter gains international fame
A cow in Australia is making worldwide headlines.
The steer is named "Knickers." He weighs more than 3,000 pounds and is more than six feet tall. He is actually too big to be slaughtered.
Last month, he was put up for auction and meat processors said they did not have the equipment to handle him. He's about seven years old now.
The owner says the other cows like to follow him around, maybe because he really stands out in the crowd.
