Gunman identified in 2017 shooting death of boy, 15, in Phoenixville

Police in Chester County are searching for an alleged gunman after a teenager was fatally shot late last year.

Investigators have identified Brian Corsey as a suspect in the shooting death of a 15-year-old boy in the parking lot of a Dunkin Donuts last December.

According to authorities, Corsey and another suspect, Robert McCoy arranged to buy marijuana from the victim via Snapchat.

During the deal, police say McCoy restrained a friend of the victim and Corsey pulled a gun and shot the victim in the head. He was later pronounced dead at the scene.

McCoy has since been arrested and charged with murder, robbery, conspiracy, and related offenses. Corsey, the alleged gunman, remains at large.
