Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom Call Off Divorce

(WTXF) - Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom have jointly decided to dismiss their divorce case in order to remain husband and wife, according to TMZ.

Kardashian filed for divorce in December 2013, but waited a year and a half to go through with the process in hopes that Lamar would check into rehab. Their divorce has been pending since.

As TMZ previously reported, Khloe privately vowed to be by Lamar's side during his lengthy recovery over the next few months.

Kardashian's lawyer, Laura Wasser, went before a judge Wednesday morning asking to withdraw the divorce papers the couple had previously signed.

The couple agreed to give their marriage another chance and signed the withdrawal document that Wasser, presented to the judge. Lamar signed from his hospital bed.

The judge granted Wasser's request and the two remain married.
