LeSean McCoy meets with local police and prosecutors

PHILADELPHIA, PA (WTXF) - LeSean McCoy left a two hour meeting with local police and prosecutors without any comment. He was surrounded by camera crews and reporters, McCoy made his way to an Uber car and left all the talking to his attorney Dennis Cogan.

The two hour sit-down with investigators took place at the offices of McCoy's attorneys after a planned meeting at the district attorney's office was abruptly canceled when the media found out about it. Sources say McCoy wanted a chance to tell his side of the story. Investigators left the meeting tight lipped.

The meeting came as FOX 29 obtained photos of Officer Darnell Jessie, one of the off-duty officers allegedly punched, kicked and stomped by members of McCoy's party during a brawl over an expensive bottle of champagne at the Recess Lounge in Old City more than two weeks ago. Jessie and the other officer suffered significant injuries including broken bones, cuts, fractured ribs and a hairline skull fracture.

The ongoing saga over this high profile case has left McCoy under investigation along with four or five of his friends. The NFL and his team the Buffalo bills are watching the proceedings closely but not commenting. No charges are expected against the off-duty officers, there's still no word on when the district attorney will make a decision on the fate of McCoy and his friends.
