Man in bookstore shot in neck

NORTH PHILADELPHIA (WTXF) - A man spending part of his Sunday morning at a bookstore is in critical condition after somebody shot him in the neck.

Police say it happened at about 9:45am in the 1400 block of W. Erie Avenue.

The 37-year-old had been inside and was hit once in his neck.

He was taken to the hospital where's he's listed in critical condition.

Police have not announced a motive or arrest.
