Pennsauken man charged in fatal shooting
MERCHANTVILLE, NJ (WTXF) - Police in Camden County have arrested a man in connection with a fatal shooting in Merchantville, NJ.
Isaiah Pascall, 23, has been charged with the murder of 21-year-old Joshua Simmons of Pennsauken.
Police say Pascall, who is also from Pennsauken, fatally wounded Simmons in a shooting on the unit block of Russel Avenue, following a physical altercation.
Officers responded to the scene to find a Simmons lying on the ground wounded, and transported him to Kennedy Hospital in Cherry Hill, where he was pronounced dead a short time later.
Pascall was arrested Friday night following an interview with detectives.
He has been charged with first degree murder, and was held in lieu of $750,000 bond.
