Philadelphia police search for missing 75-year-old man with dementia

PHILADELPHIA (WTXF) - The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public's assistance in locating a missing 75-year-old man who suffers from dementia and other medical issues.

According to police, Robert Kemp is hearing impaired and uses a walker. He is described as 5'10", 155 lbs., with with brown eyes and gray hair.

He was last seen wearing a blue hat, black windbreaker jacket, blue jeans and black sneakers.
