Philadelphia Woman Treads Through Blizzard To Give Birth Saturday

Mother Nature definitely has been taking its course, and we're not just talking about the snow.

Above is video that FOX 29 viewer, Mary Greene posted to our Facebook page.

Her grand-daughter went into labor early Saturday morning, and the video shows her as she is helped make her way to the ambulance down the street, treading through the snow.

"Okay my daughter decides to have a baby in the snow storm. They're still taking her to the corner to get into the ambulance. Uh my granddaughter picked a perfect time. We're on our way. I'll get back to ya'll after we have the baby," Greene says in the video.

Ka'lei Xaria Robinson couldn't wait and was born Saturday night at 8:30 p.m. at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. She weighed in at 7 lbs. 2 oz.!

Congratulations!
