Study finds technology increases stress level in millennials

State-of-the-art technology was supposed to make our lives easier by giving us more time to relax to help remove stress, but a new poll suggests it's not working that way.

A new survey from the market research firm OnePoll suggests millennials are particularly knocked off the rails by their own technology.

A list of top 10 stressful scenarios for the 20 and 30-something crowd, includes losing your phone at number four, slow WiFi at number six, phone battery dying at seven, forgetting your password at number eight and forgetting a phone charger at number 10.

For the record, millennials supposedly find a broken phone screen to be the 14th most stressful daily event.

It's worth noting that a lot of polls these days are sponsored by companies with an agenda. The poll noted that all this stress is causing millennials to lose sleep. It was commissioned by a company that sells cannabis oil, which is supposed to help deal with insomnia.
