Suspected poacher mauled to death by lions in South Africa

SOUTH AFRICA - A suspected big cat poacher was killed by a pride of lions on a South African Nature Reserve, according to a report.

DailyMail.com reports a man was attacked by lions at the Ingwelala Private Nature Reserve and killed.

At first, investigators believed the man may have been a driver who worked at the reserve, but a hunting rifle was later found near his body.

Investigators are reportedly looking into the possibility that he may have been a poacher as they continue working to identify him.
