Woman caught driving with foot while texting on I-76

PHILADELPHIA (WTXF) - Video of woman texting and driving with her foot on the steering wheel is shocking drivers across the Philadelphia area.

FOX 29 viewer Sarah DeLong sent us the video she took of the risky driver, and she said the woman was driving with her foot on the steering wheel near Philadelphia and onto I-676 for 20 minutes.

According to DeLong, the woman didn't take her eyes or hands off of her phone once the entire drive.
