Woman sexually assaulted while making deliveries on New Year's Eve

Germantown (WTXF) - Police say a 32-year-old woman was making deliveries for a private company when a man jumped in her car and sexually assaulted her.

According to police, the man forced the victim to drive to another location where she was subsequently raped.

It happened on the 800 block of East Washington Lane around 4:30 P.M. Saturday afternoon.

Police describe the suspect as a man in his 20s wearing a black sweatshirt and blue jeans.

The car is being held for investigation and police have not yet made any arrests.
