FOX 29’s Kathy Orr says Tuesday will resemble Monday with cloud cover and not a very big temperature range. Highs will only make it into the lower 40s.

Another round of rain and cold weather is slated for Sunday.

Conditions will stay dry and cold overnight before another round of rain soaks the Delaware Valley to wrap up the first weekend of the new year.

The new year will begin with dry conditions that will change over to widespread rain showers during the afternoon and evening, with sleet expected in areas north and west of the city. 

Morning showers will taper off on Thursday with seasonable temperatures leading to a mostly dry New Year's Eve. Conditions will dry out on New Year's Day, but another round of showers is expected overnight.
