FOX 29’s Kathy Orr says we should expect a warmup overnight into Thursday morning, ahead of rain.

FOX 29’s Jeff Robbins says Wednesday could be cloudy to start, but sunshine is expected by the afternoon. Highs should reach into the mid 40s, but wind chills will make it feel like it’s in the mid 30s.

In Petrinja, cries could be heard from underneath destroyed houses. One woman was found alive some four hours after the quake.

A weak cold front will move through leaving sunshine behind it. 

Conditions will remain dry across the region overnight, but temperatures will plummet into the 20s overnight with a wind chill factor that will make it feel even colder.

There will be a nippy start to Saturday before the day slowly warms up into the 30s, but it will feel like it's in the 20s.
