(Storyful) Mel Rymill is an Australian media and events officer for the city of West Torrens in the suburbs of Adelaide, South Australia, whose selfie has gone viral on Facebook in the days after it was posted on November 19.

The photo shows Rymill posing in a pair of what she calls her "#badassundies," while the text recalls her response to a physical therapist assuming she wanted to regain the body weight she had before her baby.

"What we should be worrying about is if people are ok, not what they look like," she writes. "So here I am. "But I am strong. My body is healthy," she added.

Her post has been shared more than 5,000 times as of this writing.
