Firefighters rescue Christmas present from burning vehicle

Firefighters came to the rescue -- in more ways than one -- while responding to a burning car in Orange County, Florida, on Christmas Eve.

Two firefighters arrived on the scene along Route 528 and made an important rescue before handling the blaze: one large, wrapped Christmas gift.

Video from the Orange County Fire Rescue Department shows two individuals readying hoses to douse the car fire when they spied an important item in the backseat of the vehicle.

Acting quickly, they saved the gift and other personal items before handling the fire itself.

Officials said no one was hurt in the incident.

"Sorry Grinch, can't steal this Christmas!" the department posted on Facebook.
