Man shot 4 times in legs

NORTH PHILADELPHIA (WTXF) - A man is in critical condition after police say he was shot twice in each leg -- four times overall - and they're looking for the gunman.

It happened at about 3am in North Philadelphia.

Authorities said the 25-year-old victim was shot on the 2400 block of N. Bouvier Street.

He was taken to the hospital and is expected to survive.

Police add, he is not cooperating with authorities.

Right now, they have no motive or description of the gunman.
