Spruce Street Harbor Park, Blue Cross RiverRink Summerfest open Friday

PHILADELPHIA (WTXF) - With beautiful weather here to stay, Friday will mark the grand opening of two of the city's biggest waterfront attractions.

The Blue Cross RiverRink Summerfest and Spruce Street Harbor Park will both be opened for the season.

This year, Summerfest will feature roller skating, mini-golf, and a Ferris wheel ride. Sunday there will also be an extra perk for mom, who will get to ride on the Ferris wheel for free if they go with a paying customer.

Spruce Street Harbor Park will also be opening Friday with more of a beachfront atmosphere. The grand opening will feature a 'Univestival' kick off, that will include live music, activities, and plenty of food and drink options.
