Temple students robbed at gunpoint inside off-campus apartment

NORTH PHILADELPHIA (WTXF) - Philadelphia Police are investigating an armed robbery near Temple's campus that took place inside a student apartment.

Officers were called to the 1800 block of North Bouvier Street shortly after 2 a.m.

According to police, three students all between the ages of 21 and 22, were robbed at gunpoint inside their apartment, and went into a basement bedroom.

A short time later, the door to the basement bedroom was kicked open, and three suspects entered the room. The suspects ordered the victims to the ground at gunpoint.

The suspects made took $880 in cash, several cell phones, keys, and wallets.

No injuries were reported in the incident.
