Wills Eye Hospital gives away last minute eclipse glasses

By now, you hopefully are aware that you will need a special pair of eclipse glasses to safely view Monday's total solar eclipse!

Many places have run out of the glasses, most of which were given out for free.

However, one place in Center City will be offering them Monday morning for those who were unable to get a pair over the last several weeks!

Lines formed outside of Wills Eye Hospital early Monday morning, hours before the hospital was expected to open their doors to give out the glasses around 9 a.m.

If you do have eclipse sunglasses -- and want to experience the event that only happens every 100 years -- there are a lot of places offering viewing parties, and the Franklin Institute will also have quite a unique opportunity for those hoping to experience the eclipse in a slightly different way.
