Search crews continue to look for several missing people after heavy rains pummeled Middle Tennessee, killing at least 22 — including a pair of infant twins.

Tropical Depression Henri was lingering over the U.S. Northeast on Monday, bringing more rain and the threat of flooding to some areas.

Storm Henri wasn't done with the tristate area yet. Rain continued to fall Monday in various locations from New Jersey, north and out to Long Island. A Flood Watch was in effect for the entire region.

At least 22 people were killed and rescue crews searched desperately Sunday amid shattered homes and tangled debris for dozens of people still missing after record-breaking rain sent floodwaters surging through Middle Tennessee.

Tropical Storm Henri has made landfall in Rhode Island, bringing heavy winds and rains to the area as it began pummeling the northeastern U.S. coastline early Sunday.

Hurricane Henri isn’t the first tropical storm to hit the Northeast, and meteorologists predict it won’t be the last.

Storm surge, hurricane conditions and rainfall that could cause flooding are expected to begin as early as Saturday. Henri is expected to make landfall by Sunday afternoon.
