Weather Authority: Severe thunderstorm watch, flash flood warning issued for parts of Delaware Valley

The National Weather Service has issued a severe thunderstorm watch for parts of Delaware, New Jersey and Pennsylvania until 8 p.m. with possible hail, heavy winds and frequent lightning for the rest of the day. A flash flood warning has also been issued for parts of Pennsylvania, including Philadelphia, Yeadon and Darby until 6 p.m.
