Frank Rizzo statue removed from plaza, South Philly mural to be replaced

The controversial statue of former Philadelphia mayor and police commissioner Frank Rizzo has been removed from the plaza in front of the Municipal Services Building. Mural Arts also says a mural of Rizzo in South Philadelphia will be replaced.
